Outreaches
If you live in Ross-on-wye, Leominster, Kington, Bromyard, Peterchurch or Hereford South and need advice, please contact us using the details on our Get Advice page and one of our trained volunteers will talk through your problem and see how we can best help. If appropriate, our adviser can then book you an appointment in one of our outreach locations.
Live in Leominster or Bromyard areas? We also have Drop-ins there, you do not need to book an appointment for a Drop-in, just drop in between 10 am and 12 pm on the specified dates (available on our website and Facebook pages). Please note that outside of those dates, we are only able to offer pre-booked appointments at our outreach locations.
Generous funding we’ve received from Ross-on-Wye and Bromyard and Winslow Town Councils, together with The Hope Centre, Bromyard, enables us to offer a limited number of face-to-face appointments in Ross-on-wye and Bromyard for residents of those areas who need more in-depth advice. We’re also very grateful to Hereford City Council for their generous funding which is helping to preserve some of our face-to-face appointments in Hereford.
Ledbury outreach is delivered by South Worcestershire Citizens Advice for residents of Ledbury.

Newton Farm Community Association – Hereford
Pre-booked appointments are available weekly on Fridays at Newton Farm Community Association, 21-23 The Oval, Hereford HR2 7HG.
Please text on 0786 00 77 311 to make an appointment and include the words “Newton Farm” in the text. We will call you back.
Peterchurch outreach
Pre-booked appointments are available at The Hub Peterchurch at St Peter’s Church, Church Road, HR2 0RT fortnightly on Fridays.
Leominster outreach
Pre-booked appointments are available weekly at The Community Centre, School Rd, Leominster HR6 8NJ.
Drop-in from 10 am – 12 pm, every 1st Wednesday of the month (excluding January 2024). No need to book for Drop-in. There is free parking onsite.
Please use the main entrance. Please ring the doorbell and wait for an adviser.
Vehicle access from Broad Street Carpark in Leominster. Drive onto carpark and take the first turn right, turn left, Arkwright Court will be on your immediate right and Broad Street carpark will be on your left. Follow the narrow road way round to your right driving onto the Centre’s own carpark. Pedestrian access from Town- walk along Church Street turning into School Road.
Kington outreach
Pre-booked appointments are available fortnightly at Markwick Close community room, Kington HR5 3UE
Parking: Please note that the car park immediately near Markwick Close is reserved for Stonewater residents. There is a Public, paying car park at Mill Street within very short walking distance. If you have accessibility needs, please let us know.
Ross-on-Wye outreach
Pre-booked appointments are available weekly at The Larruperz Centre, Grammar School Close, Ross-on-Wye HR9 7QD
When you enter the Centre, our adviser will meet you in the reception area.
Parking is available free and on-site.
Bromyard Drop-in
Fortnightly Fridays 10 am – 12 pm at Bromyard Town Council offices, The Old Vicarage, 1Rowberry St, Bromyard HR7 4DU

September 1st, 15th and 29th; October 13th and 27th; November 10th and 24th; December 8th and 22nd.
Parking next to the building is a paying car park.
Bromyard at The Hope Centre
