Thanks to generous funding we’ve received from the town councils in Leominster, Ross-on-Wye and Ledbury, we’re now able to offer a limited number of face-to-face appointments in Leominster, Ross and Ledbury for residents of those areas who need more in-depth advice. We’re also very grateful to Hereford City Council for their generous funding which is helping to preserve some of our face-to-face appointments in Hereford.
If you live in Leominster, Ross or Ledbury and need advice, please contact us using the details on our Get advice page and one of our trained volunteers will talk though your problem and see how we can best help.
Please note, our outreaches are only open by appointment and we can’t see drop-in clients. If you need help or advice, please call or email us.
If you have an appointment at one of our outreaches and need to find the venue, we’ve provided some maps and directions below.
Our Leominster outreach is currently based in the Town Council offices on West Street, just next to Halifax.
When you arrive, please ring the bell next to the inner door. Someone will let you in and then let the adviser know that you’ve arrived.
Our Ross outreach is based in the Ross-on-Wye library
When you enter the library, turn right and there is a small waiting area with some seats next to the window. If you’re not sure, just ask as the library information desk and one of the library staff will be happy to direct you.
Ledbury outreach (new for 2017)
Our Ledbury outreach is based in the Ledbury Community Hall
When you enter the Community Hall via the main entrance, there is a small waiting area just outside the Meredith room. Please take a seat on the chairs provided.
