Access to Justice Foundation Improving Lives Through Advice
Citizen Advice Worcester and Herefordshire are delighted to be awarded grant funding from the Access to Justice Foundation Improving Lives through Advice grant project.
This will enable us to provide improved capacity to deliver benefits casework in both Worcester and Herefordshire over the next 5 years.
This is a much-needed service as benefits advice is the biggest issue for our clients, amounting to over a third of our clients’ advice issues, on which our clients require advice and casework.
In 2022/23 the organization received nearly 11,000 new enquiries relating to benefits.
